Ilan Yacobovitch – Family Law, is an Israeli Family Law firm located in the heart of the Tel Aviv business center, providing a one-stop-shop legal practice in all aspects of family and inheritance law. Our firm specializes in unique international family law cases, such as divorce disputes of couples from different countries, international child custody and immigration disputes, claims for the return of abducted children according to the Hague Convention, cases involving assets located overseas, and more.

We provide a comprehensive service for non-Israeli clients in the English language, seeing our clients through the intricacies of the Israeli law and Court system. Our services range from the initial and ongoing legal counselling, through representation before all Israeli authorities and various Court tribunals (the civil Family Court, the Rabbinical Court and appeal instances – the District Courts and the Supreme Court), till a successful and satisfactory conclusion of the case, whether by a Court judgement or by an agreement.

The firm is headed by Adv. Ilan Yacobovitch, a bi-lingual Israeli lawyer with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Israeli Family Law, and expertise in other related legal fields, including Civil-Commercial Law and Private International Law.

About Adv. Ilan Yacobovitch

Ilan has over 25 years of experience and accomplishments as a lawyer in the field of Family Law and Inheritance Law in Israel. Ilan has accumulated vast knowledge, experience and expertise in all aspects of Israeli Family Law, including divorce disputes, inheritance disputes, business disputes between family members and more. Being bi-lingual, Ilan has a unique experience in representing overseas English speaking clients in cases of international characteristics – return of abducted children according to the Hague Convention, immigration of children disputes, international divorce disputes including the enforcement of foreign judgements in Israel, and more. Ilan works in close collaboration with overseas law firms, primarily in the United States and in the United Kingdom, in order to provide clients with the best possible service, taking all aspects of the international case in account.
